This full restoration had the purpose of transforming an ex-paper mill into a brand new residential quarter, providing 28 different residential units, with facilities such as private gardens, terraces, balconies, public green spaces, parking, etc.

 The quarter has an energy-saving system, equipped with solar panels and recycling water machines. This is an A-class energy building.
