Kaizen (改善) / ‘kai.zen / kaizen
Kaizen (改善) is the composition of two Japanese terms, KAI (change) and ZEN (better), and means change for the better, continuous improvement.
Originally developed in the context of business management and industrial production, this philosophy is based on the idea that small, incremental, and consistent changes can lead to significant improvement over time.
The firm applies this philosophy to the construction industry (architecture, design, BIM consultancy, etc.) through a method that follows the principles of functionality, efficiency and sustainability.
The creative approach focuses on the clients’ needs, with whom we always try to establish a personal relationship to better understand their character and tastes. The natural result of this process will be an organic product in tune with the initial requests, which are interpreted by the designer to achieve the best possible result.
Projects
“I strongly believe that the application of the BIM methodology shouldn’t be limited to large projects; it should also be applied to all projects that can benefit from it. For this reason, we adopt this approach for every project we undertake, including small-scale ones.”
